Solidarity with Israel

It is with a sense of profound dismay that we have followed the news that has reached us from the Middle East. We therefore emphatically endorse the statement issued by the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK). We are especially concerned about the welfare of Israeli academics, students and their families who share a close association with our university through our numerous collaborations. As the university in Osnabrück, the City of Peace, we strive for the peaceful coexistence of all people. Terror and violence must not and will not triumph over humanity!
