International Office

The International Office is the heart and soul of all international exchange activities at the University. The remit of the International Office is to coordinate international relations,  to implement projects with international partners and to continually expand the partner network all around the world.

The International Office offers support to students and academics at Osnabrück University who are in the process of planning and preparing periods of study/research abroad. In addition, the International Office advises and takes care of international students, PhD students and visiting scholars.

Information for Ukrainian refugees

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research has set up a website for refugees from Ukraine. There isinformation on school, training, studies, work and recognition of foreign vocational qualifications. The site is also available in Ukrainian.

The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) also provides support as part of its 'Digital Campus' with numerous offers on the way to studying in Germany. These offers are already available through the Gesellschaft für Akademische Studienvorbereitung und Testentwicklung e. V. (g.a.s.t.): German courses, language certificates, study aptitude tests and language placement tests. Further offers will be available soon.
