Endow a "Deutschlandstipendium"

Support young talents during their studies!

Osnabrück University participates in the "Deutschlandstipendium" program of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research so that high-achieving students can fully exploit their potential and concentrate on their studies. The selected students receive monthly financial support for one year, half of which is financed by private sponsors and the other half from federal funds.

The program provides for a monthly amount of €150 for the sponsor. This amount is doubled from federal funds so that the sponsored person has €300 per month at their disposal. As a sponsor, you therefore have an annual outlay of €1,800.

If you do not wish to take on a full scholarship, you also have the option of making a one-off donation of at least €100 to our Germany Scholarship Fund. We use this fund to award non-specialist Germany Scholarships, which are also doubled by the federal government. Of course, larger donations are also welcome!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us personally. Osnabrück University will help you to apply for a "Deutschlandstipendium" without any red tape.

The commitment of the sponsors is publicly recognized at an annual  award ceremony for the "Deutschlandstipendium". The scholarship holders and you as a sponsor have the opportunity for personal exchange and networking. The  sponsorship logo (JPG, 212 kB) informs your business partners, customers and friends about your commitment. It shows that you are committed to funding and thus to the future of Germany as a business and science location.
