Compatibility conflicts between family and career
Brief description
In an increasingly challenging working environment, many people are faced with the task of balancing work and family life. In this context, our department focuses intensively on the conflicts that can arise when attempting to reconcile these areas of life.
Among other things, we examine the influence of supportive partnerships and flexible working arrangements on these conflicts. In addition, we analyse the health-related and family consequences arising from these challenges, as well as the coping strategies employed by those affected. Through our research, we aim to provide valuable insights for improving the balance between these two areas of life.
