Research Center for Law and Data Economics

The Research Center Law & Data Economics brings together researchers from various disciplines at Osnabrück University. They have the common goal of leveraging the potential of data-driven technical innovations through their research and enabling their practical implementation in legally compliant business models and contractual chains. The aim is to deepen mutual understanding of the technical requirements and the legal framework of the data economy in order to overcome legal obstacles, enable legally compliant data use and reduce liability risks.
