Plants and parts of plants are used in kitchens all over the world. Every culture has its own ways of preparing ingredients that are often the same. As part of an intercultural exchange, edible plants from around the world are on display at the Botanical Garden. You’ll learn interesting facts about botany, cultivation, and uses, and there will be tastings.
