Novel foods: Florian Fiebelkorn talks about insects and cultured meat as protein sources of the future

The Museum of Industrial Culture in Osnabrück is hosting the exhibition ‘Future Food. Food for Tomorrow's World’. On Wednesday, 21 September, at 6 p.m., Dr Florian Fiebelkorn will speak there about insects and in vitro meat as protein sources of the future.
