The Joint Lab met in bright sunshine for a two-day spring retreat in Osnabrück in March. The first day took the participants to the university's idyllic botanical garden - an ideal setting for inspiring discussions, project meetings and exciting presentations. The plenary discussion with experts from the business world was particularly enriching, providing valuable insights into career paths outside academia. The day ended in a convivial atmosphere with tarte flambée.
The second day continued the impetus: with further lectures, an open discussion with guests from academia and once again plenty of room for personal exchange. The retreat finally came to a harmonious conclusion over lunch - with new ideas, fresh contacts and plenty of momentum for future projects.
