Internship
There is no compulsory internship in our degree programs - but it is of course advisable to gain practical experience during your studies! This can be done as part of an internship or as a working student. The lecture-free periods of a semester are particularly suitable for this. The school expressly supports internships in schools. If you need a certificate for the BAföG office, please contact our examinations office.
An internship or student traineeship gives you an insight into everyday working life during your studies, can help you decide on a specific career field and often leads to contacts for a practical thesis or later career entry.
Practical module
As part of the Bachelor's degree programs in Business Administration and Economics and Information Systems, it is possible under certain conditions to gain credit for an internship or working student activity via the practice module.
The practice module (WIWI-03000) comprises 5 credit points and can be included once in the compulsory elective area, depending on the degree program.
Further information on the practice module and the form can be found under Examinations.
