Understanding yourself is the first step to improving how you navigate relation-ships with the wide variety of people you will encounter during your career. This one-day intensive workshop is founded on the principles of self-awareness and personal accountability. Through enriching your understanding of yourself, you can learn to monitor your own thoughts and feelings and adapt your behaviors to create enhanced results. A deeper understanding of yourself that includes awareness of your own values, decision-making style, emotional intelligence and more, will allow you to recog-nize diversity and similarity in others. This builds your ability to tailor your ap-proach in communicating and collaborating with other people to maximize your individual differences.

Please note:
The workshop will be in English, with opportunities to speak English or German in small groups and interactive activities. Mid- to advanced-level English skills would be most suitable for success in this workshop.
Come practice your English in a welcoming environment, participate in self-awareness activities and learn new strategies for self-improvement.
