Content:
The most productive and respected leaders are often the most emotionally intelligent ones. This intense workshop will introduce the concept of emotional intelligence (EI), and provide El strategies you can put into effect right away to help people on your teams to manage stress and better manage their emotions and solve problems when faced with external changes such as the global pandemic.
Emotional intelligence starts with self-awareness and extends into learning how to recognize emotions in other people of improved relationships. This ultimately helps to relate with other people and manage relationships more effectively. Recent advances in neuroscience have shown that we can continue to grow our emotional intelligence through our lives for greater balance and enhanced relationships.
In this workshop, you will learn to identify when you or your team members are stuck in an emotional reaction and how to use several strategies to start getting back on track.

Please note:
The workshop will be in English, with opportunities to speak English or German in small groups and interactive activities. Mid- to advanced-level English skills would be most suitable for success in this workshop.
Come practice your English in a welcoming environment, participate in self-awareness activities and learn new strategies for self-improvement.
