Content:
Team development is a crucial component of effective leadership. In this seminar, you will learn more about your own leadership style in order to build upon your strengths. You will also learn how understanding individual differences can help you to harness the strengths of your team members, as well as provide effective coaching and performance management to build upon weaknesses and address competency gaps in team members. These skills will be useful in both formal and informal leadership roles.

This seminar will bring contemporary leadership theories to life as you will develop a heightened awareness of leadership strategies and have an opportunity to practice your new skills through hands-on role play activities that improve upon your ability to lead others to maximize diversity and individual differences in creating a strong team culture.

Please note: The workshop will be in English, with opportunities to speak English or German in small groups and interactive activities. Mid- to advanced-level English skills would be most suitable for success in this workshop. Come practice your English in a welcoming environment, participate in self-awareness activities and learn new strategies for self-improvement and leadership development for your professional career.
