Content:
Effective communication is the key to turning conflicts into opportunities. In this 2-day intensive workshop, you will learn and practice effective, hands-on strategies that will empower you to harness the power of conflict through more effective communication. By becoming more aware of your own values, personality traits and emotional intelligence you can better manage your emotions and tailor your approach to get better results. Emotionally intelligent and assertive strategies will help you more comfortably work through conflicts and have important conversations using clear, authentic communication. Situational role plays will focus on building effective communication strategies for one-on-one conflicts and strategies to improve communication in meetings, creating a safe, open environment that reduces the likelihood of conflict occurring.
Note: the workshop will be in English, with opportunities to speak English or German in small groups and role plays. Mid- to advanced-level English skills would be most suitable for success in this workshop. Come practice your English in a welcoming environment and learn advanced communication skills to become more capable in resolving conflict and harnessing its power. |
