Content:
Conflict is a natural (but not always comfortable) part of life. Cristine Saxon helps people become more self-aware so they can harness the power in conflicts to create more productive outcomes and build more resilient and trusting relationships. She builds their skill and competency in conflict resolution and shifts their mindsets to be more courageous and daring in how they approach conflict. In this one-day applied workshop, participants will learn to distinguish between constructive and destructive conflicts and how to use pull conversations to both prevent a disagreement from becoming a conflict and to de-escalate conflicts. They will practice resolving conflicts and thereby increase their confidence and competence using a variety of proven tools and methodologies.
