The course gives an outline of Chinese Criminal Law in its material and procedural aspects. It is offered in cooperation with Prof. Dr. JIANG Su from Peking University.
For students that aim at an international working environment, this course offers a comprehensive introduction into an important field of Chinese Law. At the same time it gives law students in Osnabrück an opportunity to make use of English as a tool to communicate legal knowledge - a requirement that is extremely important once leaving the jurisdiction we are familiar with and entering a more global setting.
