At the Department of Digital Innovation and Information Systems (DIWI), we conduct research into three different subject areas. In addition to the design of digital and immersive work, we also investigate topics relating to artificial intelligence, digital agents and chatbots . Furthermore, the area of gamification and digital nudging for digital environments should also be mentioned.
