Promoting young academics is one of the most important tasks of all professors at the school. A business or economics Doctorate opens up excellent career prospects in academia as well as in business and politics. Our aim is to support our doctoral students during their doctoral studies in developing promising research projects and in generating successful publications from these projects, and to help them becoming independent, critical thinkers and problem solvers who are able to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
