Dr. Claudio Felten is Principal of Poesis Consulting GmbH.

In the course of his many years of professional activity - including as Managing Director and Managing Partner of Muuuh! Consulting and as a project manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners - Dr. Felten specializes in strategic and international marketing strategies, in particular customer management, sales and pricing strategies and processes. As a management consultant and project manager, Mr. Felten carries out projects in Germany and abroad for companies in a wide range of sectors, including the automotive, construction and raw materials industries.

Dr. Claudio Felten offers a master's seminar on "Strategic Management" at our chair. As part of the seminar, students will learn about strategic tools and concepts of strategic management and work on a case study on strategic management based on this.
