Guest lecture by Dr. Tiziano Zgaga: A new multi-level fiscal policy system?

The Transforming Europe Research Centre invited  Dr. Tiziano Zgaga from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich to give a guest lecture on 13.01.2026.

Under the title "A new multi-level fiscal policy system? The EU between old budget rules, new defense spending and the end of the Recovery and Resilience Facility", Dr. Zgaga presented his recently published book  The Fiscal Governance of the European Union and discussed central lines of development of European fiscal policy as well as current results of his  current research project.
