Communication with the examination office
You can support us by
- communicating with the Examinations Office exclusively via your university e-mail address
- providing your matriculation number directly as a student
- stating the examination number for questions about specific examinations
- formulate a clear subject line
- use the "Reply" function of your e-mail program for queries about a topic you have already communicated with us so that we can quickly see the entire process
- mark your e-mail with the word "URGENT" at the beginning of the subject line if your request is particularly urgent
- use the Examination Office mailbox to hand in documents outside office hours. You will find this in the letterbox in the foyer inside building 69
Information on office hours, forms, dates and deadlines for exam registrations, information on withdrawing from exams or other organizational matters can be found here on the pages of the Examinations Office.
