Staff Mobility
Application procedure
The application phase for 2025/26 begins in August and ends on October 31. It is possible to submit applications after the deadline, but only if there is still money available.
- Teaching mobility (STA) - teaching stay 1-60 days (depending on Inter-Institutional Agreement), teaching obligation 8 hours/week
- Mobility for further education and training purposes (STT) - stays abroad 2 - 60 days (IIA dependent)
- Our Partners - Applicants are advised to use existing links with partner universities.

As soon as you have received confirmation from a partner university, the following two forms must be submitted:
- the Mobility Agreement (DOCX, 50 kB (DOCX, 51 kB) ) - is submitted with the online application
- Online portal - LDAP identification required
The Mobility Agreement will also be signed by Dr. LeMieux, mlemieux@uni-osnabrück.de.
Financial support:
- Lecturer mobilities are financially supported with a flight/travel allowance and a daily allowance
- The amount of the respective lump sum depends on the cost of living in the respective country or the distance

The Erasmus+ office will be happy to assist you in establishing contact with the partner university and planning the lecturer mobility.
