About
Since 2025, I have been working as a research associate at Osnabrück University in the project TOGET DIBS, which focuses on school authorities in the context of organisational development and supports the digital transformation of vocational schools through practice-oriented research and transfer. My academic and professional background is in social work, with a focus on supporting people in difficult life situations. I worked in the field of psychosocial assistance, particularly with people affected by mental health issues and in need of support in their reintegration into everyday life. In my Bachelor's thesis, I examined how counsellors and clients interact in psychosocial counselling. My Master's thesis focused on the factors influencing the career choice of prospective pedagogical professionals in the context of the current shortage of skilled workers.
