New at the University: Prof. Dr. Annika Wilke

Osnabrück University welcomes Prof. Dr. Annika Wilke, who has held the W2 endowed professorship "Occupational Health Education with a Focus on Individual Prevention" since September 1.

Prof. Dr. Annika Wilke's research focuses on the questions of how people with occupational skin diseases can be empowered through health education interventions to carry out their professional activities with healthy skin in the long term and how sustainable prevention and care concepts can be designed in times of social, ecological and technological change. Welcome!

Sino-German Symposium

Prof. Dr. Susanne Menzel-Riedl starts her second term in office as President of Osnabrück University - a clear sign of appreciation for her work to date and that of her team.

Mourning for Prof. PhD Horst Behncke

Prof. Behncke taught as Professor of Mathematics at Osnabrück University from 1974 until his retirement in 2008; he was one of the founding fathers and shaped mathematics in Osnabrück as Dean several times.

Mourning for Daniel Hrbek

The University mourns the loss of Daniel Hrbek. He was a research assistant in the School of Language and Literary Studies, where he worked on a Doctorate on the topic of "Negation in Germanic Languages".
