New at the university: Prof. Ruschemeier

Osnabrück University welcomes Prof. Dr. Hannah Ruschemeier! Since August 1, she has held the professorship "Public Law" at the School of Law. A warm welcome!

In her research, Prof. Dr. Hannah Ruschemeier combines traditional questions of public law with the challenges of digital transformation. Her research focuses on AI and platform regulation, data protection law and privacy, legal theory as well as democracy and digitalization.

In the "Trial an Error" project, she is working on the concept of regulatory sandboxes in the AI Regulation.

Prof. Dr. Hannah Ruschemeier works in various interdisciplinary projects, e.g. in the DFG project Dissify, on epistemic and ethical aspects of AI and on automation bias.
