Commission objectives and measures
We are currently pursuing the following goals at FB1, which are explained in more detail in the Gender Equality Plan 2023-2027:
- Taking into account the respective subject specifics, working towards a gender-equitable ratio of students and a gender-equitable distribution of staff at all career levels and in recruitment measures
- Helping to strengthen diversity-sensitive measures and anti-discrimination in Organizational Development, as well as in advising, didactics and studies
- Contributing to the provision and distribution of general information, measures and further training opportunities in the area of equality and diversity at FB1
- Counteracting disadvantages due to pregnancy, parenthood or other care responsibilities
