Summer Semester 2025

Courses of all schools and institutes can be searched via  Stud.IP (login with your Osnabrück University user ID, select "Courses" to display all subject areas).

  • Students must register for courses via our online course registration system  stud.ip before the start of the lecture period. You will receive the access data with your enrollment documents.
  • Exchange students are required to sign a Learning Agreement before the start of the semester. Learning Agreements can be adjusted up to five weeks after the start of the semester if there are still places available in the courses.
  • We recommend that all students on the ERASMUS program complete the new  Online Learning Agreement (OLA). All information can be filled in by students on the website and signed digitally by all parties.
  • If you are an exchange student outside of ERASMUS or your university does not participate in the OLA, you can still use the paper version  (LA ERASMUS/ (DOCX, 3.27 MB)  LA Exchange Students (DOCX, 3.26 MB)) and send it by e-mail.
  • The  International Coordinators of the respective institutes are responsible for signing the Learning Agreements.

  • In addition to registering for courses in Stud.IP, students must also register separately for examinations and coursework in  HisInOne at the end of each semester.
  • Registration period for examinations in HisInOne: tbd.
  • If it is not possible to register via HisInOne, the achievements can be confirmed by the lecturers via the  ECTS certificate (PDF, 536 kB). In this case, students must register their examinations and assignments with the lecturers by e-mail during the official registration period and submit the ECTS certificate together with the examination/coursework (e.g. assignment).
  • Registration period for language course examinations: tbd.
  • Information on registration formalities and deadlines for courses in other schools can be obtained from the lecturers of the respective courses.
  • Issuing the Transcript of Records: An overview of the courses completed and the ECTS certificates (if applicable) must be submitted to the International Office (to Sabine Jones,  incoming@uos.de). The transcript of records can be created as a pdf document in HisInOne.
