Preparation and processing of procurement orders

In general, we advise you on the procurement of information and communication technologies.

Hardware procurement:

The IT support department carries out the central inventory for the schools. Therefore, the procurement of hardware should always be carried out by the IT support department, which is why the hardware must be delivered to the IT support department.
Our expertise in procurement processes also gives you an advantage.

Software procurement:

Similar to hardware procurement, IT support manages software licenses centrally and is therefore your contact for the procurement of applications. We can therefore provide you with specific information on the respective license terms and, based on our knowledge of the respective framework agreements, order the software at a lower price if necessary.
