We, the team of the Facility Management Administrative Service with around 85 employees, organize all measures that are necessary for the user-oriented and economical provision of the buildings and properties at Osnabrück University.
We give the university its space.
In particular, we take care of space management and organize construction measures, provide you with rooms, take care of the necessary event technology and deal with all environmental protection issues. Our team helps to ensure the smooth operation of the building to provide optimum support for research and teaching. The service concept is particularly important here. Our Administrative Service integrates and coordinates the technical, economic and legal expertise within the planning and operating phase of the properties.
The employees of our building management system and on-call service also ensure good technical fault management outside normal working hours.
