The Professional Skills Development Office (KoPro) is the point of contact for questions relating to the teaching of key skills. Among other things, the KoPro advises on the design of the profile areas for all students on the 2-subject Bachelor's degree program who are not aiming for Teacher Education (4-Steps+ model).

Tasks of the Osnabrück Student Services

The "Studierendenwerk" is a public organization at German universities that supports students in many aspects of their daily life and studies. It typically provides affordable student housing, low-cost meals in university canteens (called "Mensa"), counseling services, financial aid guidance (such as BAföG), social support, and sometimes cultural or recreational activities. The main goal of the Studierendenwerk is to improve students' living conditions and make studying more accessible and manageable.
