Geography is one of the most relevant subjects for understanding today’s global challenges. From climate change to social inequality, geography offers the tools to critically explore key issues at local, regional, and global levels. The Master of Secondary Education (Gymnasium) / Geography program at Osnabrück University prepares you to teach this important subject with a forward-thinking, international perspective.

As a future geography teacher, you will study the causes and impacts of the climate and biodiversity crises, focusing on how they affect both natural ecosystems and human societies.
