Science Slam in the student center

From AI and brains to dreams and octopuses: This and much more is on offer at a science slam on Thursday, November 20, at Osnabrück University.

It's all about cognitive science from 4 p.m. in the Student Center, Kolpingstraße 1a (Building 53/E02). All students and interested parties are cordially invited.

The slam is organized by the CogSci Student Journal and the university's Writing Center. Visitors can expect an afternoon of fun, creativity and fascinating research in the form of short, lively presentations by Cognitive Science students. The presentations will be given in English.

Call for entries for the Helene Lange Prize 2026

Women in the digital world: the EWE Foundation has been awarding the Helene Lange Prize to outstanding young female scientists in the STEM subjects for many years. Female Master's graduates and doctoral students can apply from December 15 to January 31!
