Secondary Teacher Education (Haupt- und Realschule)

Would you like to become a secondary education teacher (Hauptschule or Realschule)? In that case, study a combination of Bachelor's and Master's degree programs at our university!

The first milestone in your academic career marks the  Bachelor of Education and Teaching. Subsequently, you can study the  Master of Secondary Education (Haupt- und Realschule). The successful completion of the latter opens the door to the preparatory service. During this final phase, you will already be working at a school, but will also receive further training at the study seminar in order to start your career as a teacher.

The ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) is used to assess academic achievements. This also applies in many other countries and facilitates the mutual recognition of academic achievements.
