Osnabrück faces the challenge of providing sufficient affordable housing. Demand is high, rents rise noticeably. What options are there to counteract this development? In its  series "Hochschuldiskurse", TIM invites you to join the discussion! 

Osnabrück University Discourse: "Affordable housing for Osnabrück - Where is the journey taking us? Status quo, planning, future"

Osnabrück faces the challenge of providing sufficient affordable housing. Supply is currently unable to meet demand, causing rents to rise noticeably. But what options are there to counteract this development? What urban planning and political approaches could help to improve the situation?

The event will shed light on the current situation on the Osnabrück housing market, present various solutions and provide an outlook on future developments. It will also discuss which players can contribute to the creation of affordable housing.

Take the opportunity to find out about the future of housing in Osnabrück, ask questions and discuss with experts.
