Organisational Development

Addressing employees’ individual professional development needs in accordance with the university’s strategic goals, the services offered by the Organisational Development Division are open to all of the university’s employees, divisions, institutes and faculties.

We accompany divisions and teams through change processes, help build teams, advise employees on a wide range of topics related to their professional roles and responsibilities and offer trainings tailored to their needs as university employees.

In addition, we support and advise international members of staff on language, cultural and administrative issues arising from adapting to life and work in a new environment.
