How does the training work?

How does the apprenticeship work?

Start your three-and-a-half-year apprentices hip as a plumber and HVAC technician and become a valuable part of our team right from the start. You will work in the middle of the action, lend a hand and experience every day how modern technology brings buildings to life.

Whether water, heat or fresh air - you will learn how plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems are installed, commissioned and maintained. Step by step, you will grow into your tasks, find faults, rectify malfunctions and see the results of your work immediately. Creating measurement and maintenance logs is just as much a part of this as working with the latest technology.

No two days are the same: You work in a wide variety of buildings, from older existing buildings to ultra-modern, technically sophisticated systems on campus. It is precisely this variety that makes your apprenticeship exciting and versatile.

The apprenticeship also opens doors to other interesting areas such as energy and building management, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as modern control and regulation technology. You will be supported at all times by a dedicated training team that will encourage and guide you.

You will acquire the theoretical foundations at the  Berufsbildende Schule Brinkstraße (BBS)supplemented by inter-company training at the Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim  Handwerkskammer (HWK), which will prepare you optimally for your profession.
