Osnabrück University Guest House (Manfred-Horstmann-Haus der Internationalen Begegnung) offers a meeting room that can be used for holding seminars, conferences or presentations for up to 30 people. It is connected with the wintergarden and the clubroom. These rooms are also available for non-university purposes and private events. The use of the fully equipped kitchen with flatware for 36 people is included.

The three rooms will be rented together. The minimum rental period is half a day, in which case half of the daily rate is charged. Booking on hourly basis is not possible. In consideration of the house guests, any event may not last longer than 10 p.m. Exceptions can be made by prior arrangement. Informal applications to use the rooms should be submitted to the Guest House office.
