Where to apply?

In certain cases, Osnabrück University will only process applications submitted by international students once they have been approved by uni-assist.

Please note that we can only accept your application if you send it to the right place!

Opening hours:
Due to the Corona pandemic, the Student Secretariat is expected to be closed until 01.04.2022. However, we are still here for you and will be happy to advise you by phone or e-mail.
It is expected that consultation hours by appointment will be possible from 04.04.2022.

Digital consultation hour
Due to the Corona pandemic, we currently offer a digital application consultation hour for internationals. You can make an appointment for this by email.
The consultation hours are:
Monday: 10:00 am to 12:00 am

Important for application via uni-assist

Please note that the application procedure for the winter semester 2022/23 at uni-assist is exclusively digital. You do not need to send any documents by mail to uni-assist, uploading copies is sufficient. As a precaution, we would like to point out that certified copies must, however, be submitted in case of enrollment.
