Doing research is exciting and challenging - doing it while trying to find one`s way in a new country even more so. Global Scientists.Osnabrück (GloSci.OS) is a support service offered by Osnabrück University to new international members of staff.

Committed to fostering diversity in science through professional support for international researchers, GloSci.Os helps scientists to settle in at the university and truly arrive in the city and in Germany. Whether it is about finding one`s way through a jungle of paperwork, opening a bank account or improving one`s German, international scientists can make use of the service to help them deal efficiently with daily matters, so that they have more time to take care of what really matters to them - their research.

The service is part of the university`s division for staff and organisational development and available to all international employees at the university. Contact us, if you need help navigating your way in new cultural waters.
