This course is a set of interactive seminars on the law governing corporations and similar business entities in the United Kingdom. The course is designed to touch on all the major themes of companies law in order to make students conversant the major ideas and sources. Topics covered include the various available business structures, formation of companies, corporate governance, directors' duties, the corporate personality and limited liability, and regulation.
