Opportunities and challenges as a woman in management positions

On Thursday, June 19, the university cordially invites you to a discussion forum. The guests on the panel, including University President Prof. Dr. Susanne Menzel, will highlight the different career paths of women in various professional roles.

Together with the participants, the focus will be on the opportunities that arise when taking the step into a management position - but also on possible challenges and how to deal with them.

The event is designed to be interactive: Questions and contributions from the audience are expressly welcome!

The guests on the podium are:

  • Prof. Susanne Menzel-Riedl | President of Osnabrück University
  • Theresa Meyer | CEO at Meyer&Meyer
  • Prof. Valeriya Dinger | School of Business Administration and Economics at Osnabrück University
  • Katharina Luthermann | Managing Partner of the company tdlc innovation GmbH

Moderation: Prof. Dr. Robert Gillenkirch and Prof. Dr. Sofia Schöbel

The forum will take place in the main building of Osnabrück Castle in room 11/213. It starts at 6 pm.

The event is open to all students and employees of the university. Other interested participants are of course also welcome!
