Third Singer & Songwriter Night

An evening full of music and stories

Students from the Institute of Musicology and Music Education at Osnabrück University promise an evening full of music, emotions and stories on Tuesday, November 18 at the Balou (Kolpinghaus).

At the third edition of the "Singer & Songwriter Night", artists who want to touch and inspire with their lyrics and music will take to the stage. Students present self-written songs and their own cover versions for the first time at Balou.

Admission is free, the event starts at 8 pm.

Osnabrück Film Festival: Migration Research Meets the Cinema Audience

The “Filmfest Osnabrück – Festival of Independent Film” will take place for the 41st time in early October. From October 6 to 11, the festival will not only screen films—it will also feature discussions about them.

Concert: musica pro pace 2026

United by a shared quest for humanity and expressiveness, the Osnabrück Symphony Orchestra will perform pieces by Ludwig van Beethoven, Matias Vestergård Hansen, Lukas Foss, and Arthur Honegger on Osnabrück Peace Day, Monday, October 5.
