Jazz Night at Osnabrück University

Twice a year, various combos from Osnabrück University come together at Jazz Night.

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, the sextet There They Step under the direction of Joachim Raffel and the Straight Ahead Combo led by Max Westkemper will be performing in the music hall of Osnabrück Castle from 8 pm. The student bands Jazz to Imprazz, OSQ and Funkstelle will also be playing.

Doctoral Awards Ceremony 2026

On Friday, July 3, the University and the City of Osnabrück University will honor the doctoral graduates with a ceremony in the Castle Auditorium and a joint walk to the town hall. Registration for the Doctoral Awards Ceremony is possible until June 17.
