National Code of Conduct regarding International Students
To provide greater support for international students, Osnabrück University has joined the "National Code of Conduct for German Universities Regarding International Students". The Code of Conduct was developed by the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) in cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
The aim of the Code of Conduct is to formulate basic standards that ensure and continuously improve the quality of international students’ studies. The standards relate in particular to advising international students and applicants, the application and admission procedure, and the academic, linguistic, and social support of foreign students. In addition, complaints offices are to be set up in the event of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct.
