Dates and costs
What dates are there?
The training consists of five modules and is offered twice a year. The following rounds will take place:
Round from spring 2025
- 04-06.04.2025: Experiencing culture - basics and methods of intercultural training (Module 1, presence)
- 09-11.05.2025: Interculturally competent action - cultural sensitivity in communication and cooperation (Module 2; presence)
- 13-15.06.2025: Experiencing and designing intercultural online training (Module 3; online): Valuing diversity - dealing with stereotypes, prejudices and diversity (Module 3a; online) and Designing online training courses successfully - didactics and implementation (Module 3b; online)
- 04-06.07.2025: Immersing yourself in training practice - from clarifying the assignment to debriefing (Module 4, face-to-face)
- 12-14.09.2025: Integrating content - developing your own trainer role and profile (Module 5; face-to-face)

- 10-12.10.2025: Experiencing culture - basics and methods of intercultural training (Module 1; presence)
- 14-16.11.2025: Acting interculturally competent - cultural sensitivity in communication and cooperation (Module 2; presence)
- 23.-25.01.2026: Experiencing and designing intercultural online training (Module 3; online): Valuing diversity - dealing with stereotypes, prejudices and diversity (Module 3a; online) and Designing online training courses successfully - didactics and implementation (Module 3b; online)
- 13.-15.02.2026: Immersing yourself in training practice - from clarifying the assignment to debriefing (Module 4; face-to-face)
- 06.-08.03.2026: Integrating content - developing your own trainer role and profile (Module 5; face-to-face)
What are the costs?
The fees for participating in the certified training program "Intercultural Trainer" are staggered. They amount to €490 per module/person for non-profit organizations and private individuals and €540 for companies. There is no sales tax.
These fees include all seminar and organizational costs as well as participant documentation.
The maximum group size for each unit is 15 people.
In the event that not enough people register to participate, we reserve the right to cancel the training course at least 2 weeks before the start of the course.
Educational leave
All continuing education modules are recognized for educational leave in Lower Saxony and Bremen. Educational leave can also be requested for individual modules. The application for leave must be submitted to the employer in Lower Saxony or Bremen at least four weeks before the start of the module. Further information can be found here.
