The PsyFaKo - what is it????

PsyFaKo stands for PSYchologie FAchschaften KOnferenzand is the conference of all psychology faculties in Germany. It therefore represents the interests of all psychology students. It takes place twice a semester, always in a different city in Germany.

Aims of the PsyFaKo

At the PsyFaKo, small groups of interested students form, which deal intensively with various topics such as the allocation of Master's places, the PiA problem, but also internal student council problems. In the groups, the focus is on exchange and content-related work. The position papers developed are always voted on by the plenum at the end of the respective PsyFaKo and, if approved, forwarded to the relevant bodies (e.g. associations, ministries, universities).
