FAQ - Registration and use by external participants
The range of courses offered on SONA varies greatly. Some of the studies take place on the Westerberg campus, but there are also more and more online studies. In the case of an online study, you will receive a link and can simply work on the study from home. For on-site studies, you register for an appointment. In these cases, out of respect for the researchers and the research projects, it is important that you arrive punctually for your appointments or cancel them in good time. You will find a brief description and further information about each study on SONA.
As a general rule, your data will always remain anonymous and you can cancel the studies at any time.
The range of studies on offer is constantly changing, which is why it is worth checking the website every few weeks to see if there are any studies that you would like to take part in.
In order to participate in studies on SONA, you must generally be 18 years old. In addition, most studies are only offered in German, which is why you should be able to speak German well.
If there are additional requirements for a study, this will be explicitly mentioned in the description of the study.
