The Bachelor's degree qualifies students for routine psychological tasks, e.g. in the field of clinical and occupational aptitude diagnostics, the design and evaluation of work equipment and activities and their organization, as well as for health or personnel psychological interventions. In addition, the six-semester Bachelor's degree course is the standard admission requirement for the Master's course. The broad coverage of the relevant basic and applied subjects allows maximum flexibility for the choice of a subsequent Master's degree course.
In accordance with the licensing regulations for psychotherapists, the Bachelor's degree program qualifies students for a Master's degree with a focus on clinical psychology and psychotherapy, which qualifies them for the licensing examination to become a psychotherapist, provided they have completed the corresponding clinical electives and internships that conform to licensing requirements.
