Registration

Are you interested in getting your courses evaluated? Please  register using the registration form.

It is generally possible to get a course evaluated at any time, even when the course is not in session. However, to ensure a smooth process, you should register as early as possible before the evaluation date you have set.

Experience shows that good participation in the evaluation is achieved with face-to-face evaluations in particular, be it with an online or paper-based questionnaire. You can find out which questionnaire is best suited to your event using our  decision aid or, in more detail, in our  FAQs.

Discuss and debate the evaluation results with the students. In this way, students learn that their feedback is appreciated, and possible misunderstandings can be cleared up and ideas and suggestions can be deepened. Registration for the teaching evaluation should therefore take place at least three weeks before the end of the course and the evaluation itself at the latest in the penultimate session, so that the discussion can take place in the last session. Of course, this only applies to courses with weekly sessions during the semester.

Important notes

  • Timely registration
  • Evaluation in presence for good participation (also for online surveys)
  • Discussion of the results with the students

Here you can  register for an online evaluation of a face-to-face course.

Students participate in the evaluation via an internet-enabled PC or mobile device. Participation in a survey is possible using a valid person-specific TAN or a link/QR code. After registering for the evaluation, lecturers will receive a PDF with TANs corresponding to the specified number of participants or a link/QR code via which the survey can be started. The link/QR code can be presented on slides during the course or sent to students by email. The person-specific TANs are to be handed out to the course’s participants or sent to the participants by serial email. Here you will find instructions on how to  send a serial email.

Here you can  register for a paper-based evaluation of a face-to-face course.

The requested forms will be sent to your internal address or alternatively to another address (private/company). The evaluation forms are completed by the students during the course and then returned to the Teaching Evaluation Service Center in the enclosed envelope. Please do not use photocopies of the questionnaires under any circumstances, as these cannot be processed by the scanner. If necessary, you are welcome to reorder questionnaires ( contact).

Here you can  register for the evaluation of purely digital or hybrid courses.

The changed circumstances in teaching should also be reflected in the course evaluation. For this reason, we have developed a version for evaluating digital or hybrid courses for each of the various standard instruments that have so far been used in face-to-face courses ( overview (PDF, 430 kB) and  sample questionnaire). These questionnaires are only available as online questionnaires.
