Ready for a colorful world - micro-interventions to promote intercultural skills
The Department of Work and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Intercultural Business Psychology is developing micro-interventions to promote intercultural and diversity skills for the Open Educational Resources (OER) portal twillo as part of the project funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK) and the Technical Information Library Hanover (TIB) in cooperation with Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Micro-interventions are short training units that can be put together flexibly as part of a modular system or used individually. The developed micro-interventions deal with culture, one's own cultural imprint, cultural differences and interculturally competent action. They are available here as Open Educational Resources for further use:
