Career orientation

The Master's degree in Psychology: Focus on Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy qualifies students for the entire range of clinical-psychological professional activities, e.g. in the field of clinical-psychological diagnostics and intervention or work in various counseling facilities. In addition, the four-semester Master's degree course is one of the standard admission requirements for the licensing examination to become a psychological psychotherapist. The Institute of Psychology then offers two continuing  education degrees. In addition, students have the option of following their studies with an academic career or Doctorate.

Additional offers

An additional offer in terms of professional orientation and qualification are practical events such as the  practical series or the  practical workshop. In addition to a specialist focus, these events focus primarily on the inclusion of practical issues and the participation of practitioners from a wide range of professional fields in psychology. The contact person for the practical events is the  transfer manager.

The Institute of Psychology also offers  expert mentoring to accompany the degree program in terms of career orientation, where students can be advised on their professional orientation by experienced mentors.
